INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WOWO): Indiana conservation officers are investigating after reports of an alligator sighting.

The first reports of the giant reptile were on June 7th, and since then, there have been two more sightings. As of right now, wildlife officials are working to confirm whether or not the sightings are true.

Witnesses who claim they spotted it, say the gator is around four to six feet in length and didn’t seem too dangerous. Keep in mind, alligators are legal to own in Indiana, but you need a permit.
