NEW HAVEN, Ind. (WOWO): New Haven Police have charged a man with burglary and theft after an incident early this morning.

In custody is 23-year-old Ethan Luebke on a felony count of burglary, four counts of theft and four counts of unauthorized control of a vehicle.

According to police, he admitted to taking items from vehicles in the Scarbourough and Pinestone addition.

Witnesses tipped off police, he was spotted leaving a vehicle around 4 am this morning.
