GOSHEN, Ind. (AP) _ Investigators have ruled arson caused the fire at a closed hotel in northern Indiana where the owner who was renovating it was killed two years ago.
Goshen fire officials say the Monday night fire at the former Goshen Inn and Conference Center was badly damaged its restaurant and lounge areas.

Fire Chief Dan Sink tells The Goshen News that the building's natural gas and electricity service had been shut off. A $5,000 reward is being offered in the case.
