Autopsy Results Released after Woman’s Body Found on Train Tracks

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Autopsy findings have been released after a woman was hit and killed by a train Wednesday morning near the intersection of Stellhorn and Schwartz Roads on Fort Wayne's east side. 

Around 2:15 a.m. Tuesday, emergency crews were called to the scene. One there, they found a 79-year-old woman from Wisconsin. She was pronounced dead at the scene. 

According to the Allen County Coroner, the cause of death has been ruled as blunt force trauma and the manner of death has been ruled as a suicide.
