INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Former U.S. Senator Evan Bayh is joining a Middle East think tank in Washington. The former Indiana governor and U.S. senator will join a small group of new advisers at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy. The new advisers include former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, former U.S. Senator Joe Lieberman and Retired Marine Corps General John Allen.
