INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WOWO): Governor Eric Holcomb is directing flags across the state to be flown at half-staff to honor those who died in the shooting at the Tree Of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  He is also asking businesses and residents to lower their flags as well.  Flags should remain at half-staff until sunset on Wednesday, October 31.
