COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP): Condemned child killer Ronald Phillips has offered to donate his organs. Phillips is scheduled to be executed on Thursday for raping and killing his girlfriend's young daughter. His lawyers say Phillips has asked that his organs help his mother and sister but add he's also be willing to donate the organs to others.
