INDIANAPOLIS (AP): A southern Indiana limestone sculptor has been tapped to create the 2013 Indiana Governor’s Arts Awards. The Indiana Arts Commission announced yesterday it had selected William Galloway of Bedford to craft the awards. Galloway has worked on projects at the National Cathedral and Iowa State Capitol.
