WOODBURN, Ind. (WOWO): One person is in critical condition after a car struck a bicyclist Thursday night.
Police tell our Partners in News at ABC 21 that this was in the 5300 block of Bull Rapids Road just after 5 p.m.
The bicyclist was taken the hospital.
