FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A bizarre crash on I-69 near the Coldwater exit caused traffic to be backed up for miles today.

A dump truck was headed southbound on I-69 near the Coldwater exit when it blew two tires. According to our partners in news at 21Alive, one of those tires jumped the median and hit the windshield of an oncoming vehicle. As the tire was flying, another vehicle swerved out of the way and ended up flipping multiple times.

One person is in serious condition. No other injuries have been reported.
