FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The driver of the vehicle from the crash on the Tecumseh Street bridge Saturday has been identified as Irvin J. Gates, of Fort Wayne. He was pronounced dead at Parkview Hospital. The cause of death has been determined to be drowning and the manner of death, an accident.
