FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The victim of a car accident on July 17th has died. 94-year-old William Tucker, of Roanoke, had been hospitalized since the accident and was pronounced dead at Lutheran Hospital Friday. The cause of death has been determined to be sepsis, due to complications of cervical fractures that happened in the accident. The manner of death has been determined to be an accident.
