SEATTLE (AP): Charges have been filed against a driver involved in a crash in Seattle that killed two retired Indiana teachers and critically injured their daughter-in-law and infant grandson. Mark Mullan is charged with vehicular homicide, assault and reckless driving in connection with Monday’s crash. Prosecutors also say Mullan’s blood-alcohol level was nearly three times the legal limit. Dennis and Judith Schulte died in the wreck.
