FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Fort Wayne's  proposed 2015 budget was officially introduced to City Council Tuesday night.

No real surprises, yet, as councilmen on both sides are still digging into the $150 million dollar spending plan. They should have plenty of time to review it. It's still about month from going to final vote. There will be a public hearing during the Oct. 7 city council meeting. 

The Mayor's administration says its a flat budget, with departments holding the line against raising costs.
