FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Today marks the first day of official filing for the 2015 municipal elections.

On Friday morning, City Councilman at-large John Crawford will formally announce he's seeking re-election.

Dr. Crawford was elected Tuesday as city council president.

If re-elected in 2015, it will mark Crawford's fifth term on council.
