FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The clock is ticking for the new expansion to the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum.

The expansion's first scheduled event is January 2nd, but the $18-million project is apparently still ahead of schedule and should be completed soon. 

General Manager Randy Brown tells our partners in news at 21Alive the expansion allows for flexibility that will add nearly 28,000 square feet that should help Fort Wayne attract events it would otherwise be unable to.
