COLUMBIA CITY (WOWO): Columbia City’s ChromaSource is expanding. The company has announced plans to pump $1.1 million dollars in equipment upgrades and create 12 new jobs by next year. The company manufactures color systems including color cards, color strips and other items for sampling plant. Right now more than 100 people are employed at the facility in Whitley County.
