Former Church Custodian Charged in Alleged Theft

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) – A former church custodian is in trouble after he allegedly stole $2,000 from the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church.  According to the Journal-Gazette, church members became suspicious and a video camera was setup which reportedly caught William Graney in the act of taking money.  Graney told investigators he kept half of the money and put the other half into the church collection.  He was charged on Monday with felony theft and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
