Convicted Murderer Charged in Pot Bust

A man who got out of prison last year after serving 30 years of a 60 year murder sentence, is back in trouble with the law.  Our news partners at 21 Alive tell us 51-year-old Mark Maurico was pulled over for allegedly committing multiple traffic infractions in Lagrange County.  Police said they smelled a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle.  A drug sniffing dog was brought in and police say they found more than two pounds of pot.  Maurico now faces several charges, including possession of marijuana.
