FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) – The Fort Wayne Police Department is investigating a crash that left one woman seriously injured.

The crash happened on W. Coliseum Blvd. near the Economy Inn Friday morning.

21 Alive News says the woman was crossing the road when she was struck.

The woman is currently in life-threatening condition, and the driver of the vehicle is said to be cooperating with authorities.

Neither speed nor alcohol are believed to be factors in the crash.
