FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Allen County leaders officially closed the book on 2012 as they released the annual report today. The final budget came in at just under 142 million dollars, and 71 percent or about 57 million went to Law enforcement and judical services. The sheriff’s department, collected 10.5 million. The report also highlights economic development successes, including breaking ground for the new Franklin Electric facility on  Coverdale Road, that will employ at least 225 workers and Greatbach Medical’s $17 million dollar opthapedic manufacturing facility.
