FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A crash Monday morning sent one person to a hospital in fair condition. It happened just after 8:30 A.M. when witnesses say a car changed lanes on Coliseum Boulevard at Vance Avenue and struck a semi. The driver of the car was taken to a hospital, while the driver of the semi was uninjured. Jeff Bowman, with our partners in news at 21 Alive was on the scene and say it tied up traffic for about an hour.
