WHITLEY COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): A crash on US 30 that shut down traffic near the Allen and Whitley County lines took one person’s life and sent two to the hospital.

The crash happened at about 3:20pm Friday on US 30 near CR 700, according to our Partners in News at ABC 21. The Indiana State Police confirms that one person was killed and two others were taken to an area hospital.

The crash involved two vehicles, one of which, a van, overturned in the collision. The State Police closed the westbound lanes of US 30 to take care of cleanup.
