INDIANAPOLIS (WOWO): The Department of Veterans Affairs announces a leader of the regional network.  Paul Bockelman is tabbed  to lead this region. That territory includes Indiana, northwest Ohio, central Illinois and Michigan’s Lower Peninsula. There are eight medical centers, including Fort Wayne’s VA hospital. The region serve 386 thousand vets.
