DNR Looking For Volunteers to Monitor Kosciusko County Lakes

WARSAW, Ind. (WOWO): The Indiana Department of Natural Resources is looking for volunteers to provide information on area lakes.

The DNR is looking for information on recreational use at Wawasee, Webster, and Winona Lakes in Kosciusko County. 

What they're specifically looking for is boats entering and leaving the lake and seeing if any aquatic species like plants, mussels or invertebrates are attached. 

Data will be collected during the weekends starting on Fourth of July weekend and through the weekend of September 6th.
