DNR Studying Ruling Throwing Out Deer Farm Ban

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): The Indiana Department of Natural Resources is studying a southern Indiana judge's ruling throwing out the state's ban on enclosed deer hunting farms. DNR spokesman Phil Bloom says the agency finds the ruling by Harrison Circuit Judge John Evans disappointing. An Owen County judge sided with the agency last November in a separate lawsuit.
