LEBANON, Ind. (AP) – A second defense forensics expert has testified that blood stains found on the clothing of a former Indiana State Police trooper accused of killing his family support his claim that he wasn't present when his wife and two children were fatally shot.
 
WLKY-TV and The Courier Journal report blood spatter expert Bart Epstein testified Wednesday in David Camm's third murder trial that blood stains found on the bottom of Camm's T-shirt came from contact, not spatter from his daughter Jill was shot.
 
Epstein says he found four tiny stains only on the surface of the shirt and not embedded in the weave as occurs when the blood is moving.
 
Camm, of Georgetown, is accusing of killing his wife and two children in 2000. Two previous convictions were overturned on appeal.
