FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) — Downtown Fort Wayne’s interim president and CEO, Bob Walters, has secured a $75,000 contract from Allen County commissioners.

The funding will support efforts to keep the downtown area clean and help promote local businesses.

Included in the amount is a $50,000 payment in lieu of taxes for tax-exempt county properties in the downtown district.
