The East Allen County School board has reached a settlement agreement with its outgoing Superintendent, Carol Green.  According to the Journal Gazette, Green will be paid more than $200,000 to resign, 18 months before her contract ends.  that amount includes roughly $196,000 in severance pay and about $7,000 for unused, accrued vacation time.  The board says it plans to name an interim superintendent when it meets on Tuesday.
