Family Business Loses Truck to Fire

LAOTTO, Ind. (WOWO): Fire crews responded to a vehicle fire on Monday morning in the driveway of a home in Laotto, according to our partners in news at 21 Alive.

Officials saw flames coming from a diesel truck around 7 a.m. They believe the fire was caused by a malfunctioning heater that was plugged into the engine.

The truck's owner, Joe Braudfield, reported that the vehicle was used for the family's hauling business. No injuries were reported, and the garage suffered minor damage.
