NEW HAVEN, Ind. (WOWO): A New Haven family is looking for their pets after a garage fire on Sunday.

According to our partners in news at 21alive, a fire sparked inside the family's garage on Old Maumee Avenue.

Sometime during the commotion, the animals may have escaped from the house or ran off.

Firefighters tell 21Alive, the rain was a big help in fighting the flames.
