FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Crews responded to a house fire this morning just west of Fort Wayne.
Aboite Township crews were called to the 6600 block of West Hamilton Road at about 7:15am to find a two-story home fully engulfed in flames. Jeff Bowman with our Partners in News at ABC 21 reports that the fire did extensive damage to the front of the home.
There were no reports of injuries. West Hamilton Road was closed at Liberty Mills Road while crews worked on the blaze.
It’s the sixth major fire that area crews have responded to in the past two weeks.
