FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The residents of 12 Fort Wayne apartments are all having to adjust to new surroundings after their apartment building burned last night.

The Fort Wayne Fire Department was called to Canterbury Green Apartments on Old Dover Blvd a little past 11:30pm to a report of an apartment fire. That fire spread to the rest of the building quickly, as firefighters fought to extinguish the two-story building, which received heavy fire, water and smoke damage.

Nobody was hurt, and the displaced residents have all been relocated by Canterbury Green staff.

The cause of the fire is under investigation. This is the third fire at Canterbury Green Apartments in the past two years.
