A former top leader with the Boy Scouts in southwestern Indiana will plead guilty to child pornography charges. Documents filed in federal court indicate 33-year-old Ryan Bieler of Ireland will plead guilty to one count of possessing child pornography and four counts of receiving it. Assistant U.S. Attorney Todd Shellenbarger says a plea agreement calls for Bieler to receive a sentence of eight to 10 years.
