INDIANAPOLIS (AP) _ Former Subway pitchman Jared Fogle is suing the former head of his charitable foundation for allegedly defaulting on a personal loan to buy an Indianapolis home.
Fogle claims in the lawsuit filed last week that Russell Taylor since May has not made monthly payments of $850 called for in a land contract last year. The Indianapolis Star reports Taylor owed $184,400 as of Aug. 17.
Taylor, the former executive director of the Jared Foundation, was charged May 4 with seven counts of production of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography. He's being held in federal custody.
Fogle is expected to plead guilty Nov. 19 to federal charges of distribution and receipt of child pornography and traveling to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor.
