FORT WAYNE, Ind (WOWO): A former University of Saint Francis football player is handed a three year sentence on the charge of sexual battery.

According to our partners in news at 21 Alive, 23-year-old Troy Turner along with other Saint Francis players, Austin Bower and Alexander Beierwalter were accused of sexually assaulting a woman who had passed out from drinking too much.

Bower was sentenced this month to ten years with four of those years to serve on probation and Beirwalter is scheduled to be sentenced Friday.
