FORT WAYNE, Ind. (City of Fort Wayne Press Release): Structural improvements to the Rivergreenway boardwalk, near Roosevelt Park, between Van Buren Street and West Main Street, are scheduled to begin this week.

On Tuesday, November 1, 2016, the Rivergreenway will be closed between Van Buren and Main and trail users will be rerouted to the sidewalk across the Van Buren Bridge to Main.

The ramp connecting to the west side of the Van Buren Bridge will remain open to allow safe access under the bridge and to the sidewalk on the west side.

The work is expected to be completed in late December.
