FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) – Fort Wayne Firefighters IAFF Local 124 and Kroger hosted a food drive earlier today to stock local food pantries. 

The Dupont Road, Village of Coventry, Chestnut Hills and New Haven Kroger locations participated from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m., collecting non-perishable food items as well as cash and check donations.

Donations will be distributed to the Community Cupboard Food Pantry at Community Harvest Food Bank for those in the area facing food insecurity.
