Fort Wayne Gas Prices Could Continue to Drop

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Gas prices are down for the holiday season and we could see those prices continue to fall as we kick off 2015.

Average retail gas prices in Fort Wayne have fallen 13.7 cents per gallon over the last week and are almost 82 cents lower compared to last month.

Patrick DeHaan is Gasbuddy.com's Senior Petroleum Analyst and says, Fort Wayne prices average about $1.98 per gallon. There's a change crude oil prices may cause fuel costs to slump again as we head into the New Year.

Prices are at the lowest average for 2014. This time last year, we were paying almost $1.50 more per gallon, at $3.36.
