Fort Wayne Man Charged in Death

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Charges have been filed against a man accused of the dragging death of a Fort Wayne man earlier this year.

Police say 28-year-old Adam Christopher Rice sped off during a drug deal gone bad outside the Dupont Bar and Grill on January 19th, leaving 29-year-old Jacob Beck hanging onto the outside of the vehicle before he ended up slipping and getting dragged for a while… his body was left in the road on Tonkel near the intersection with East Dupont. 

The Journal Gazette reports that Allen County prosecutors are charging Rice with a felony count of leaving the scene of a fatal accident.
