FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A Fort Wayne man is accused of touching an underage boy and now, he's facing charges.

According to the Journal Gazette, 61-year-old John Hamilton faces two preliminary charges of child molestation, after police interviewed the boy on Sunday.

The boy's age has not yet been released, but he apparently told investigators that they showered together and Hamilton proceeded to touch him in a sexual manner.

Hamilton admitted to the crime. The Journal Gazette reports an affidavit told police that Hamilton wrote an apology letter to the boy.
