FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The Winter Weather Travel Advisory for Allen County has been cancelled this morning. Though conditions have improved since Monday's storm, drivers are reminded that secondary streets and rural roads could still be slick from snow and ice. Officials say to continue to drive with caution if encountering these conditions.
