FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Foster Park Pavilion #2 has been repaired and the safety fence will be removed at 7:00 p.m., Friday evening, granting the public access the pavilion.
It was damaged on April 29th when high wind gusts caused a tree to fall on the structure.
