Grand Jury to Review Deaths of Indiana Mom and 2 Kids

NEW ALBANY, Ind. (AP) _ The mystery surrounding the deaths of a woman and two children whose bodies were found in a southern Indiana creek last month is heading to a grand jury.

Floyd County Prosecutor Keith Henderson tells Louisville, Ky., television station WAVE  that he has no new information about the investigation into the deaths of 35-year-old Jaime Clutter and her children, 10-year-old Brandon and 6-month-old Katelyn.

Autopsies found that Brandon and Katelyn Clutter were drowned. The cause of their mother’s death remains under investigation.

The nude bodies of the Clutters were found March 13 by a passerby in a creek in Binford Park in New Albany.

Keith says the grand jury will either return indictments or issue a statement about the deaths upon its conclusion.
