GREENWOOD, Ind. (WOWO): Tilson is expanding its operations in Johnson County. 

CEO Brent Tilson says the firm is investing $1.55 million to expand its headquarters in Greenwood. They also plan to create up to 245 new jobs by 2020. 

Tilson is a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) that provides human resources and benefits solutions for companies. 

Tilson says they‘re adding about 10,000 square feet to what‘s currently a 20,000 square-foot operation. He says they‘re also seeking an additional site for a 40,000 square-foot facility to support additional staff hires. 

Tilson says his company has experienced 51% growth in the past 12 months and they feel good about Indiana‘s entrepreneurial-fueled economy. 

Tilson is expanding with the help of about $1.5 million in conditional state tax credits.
