Ground Broken on Housing for Homeless Veterans

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (AP): Crews have broken ground on the first phase of a new western Indiana housing project designed specifically to house the region's homeless, disabled veterans. Contractor Richard Jenkins says that construction will begin within 10 days of Tuesday's groundbreaking in Terre Haute and should be completed in time for occupancy to begin this fall.
