Crews Respond to Water Rescue in Fulton County

FULTON COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): A Rochester man has been rescued from the Tippecanoe River. Indiana Conservation Officers responded to reports of a man on top of a vehicle in the water, and once on the scene, located the vehicle near a public access site. Crews say Joshua Sexton was pulled from the water and uninjured. Officials are investigating what caused Sexton's vehicle to leave County Road 350 North and plunge into the icy water; they say alcohol may be a contributing factor.
