A Fort Wayne man has pleaded guilty to charges that he neglected his infant daughter.  Our news partners at 21 Alive say thirty-two-year-old Arriaga Walker was charged with two felonies of neglect of a dependent after being accused of neglecting the child on two different occasions.  During one of the incidents, the 4-month-old reportedly hit her head after falling out of the bath tub.  In the other case, the child was allegedly scalded while in the tub.  Walker is due to be sentenced in the case on March 27th.
