FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) — The Huntington County Coroner says a man on a mobility scooter was killed when he was crossing the street. They say Wayne Hamlin was crossing at the intersection of Washington and Warren in Huntington, when he was hit by a pickup truck.

Hamlin was rushed to the hospital but died from his injuries. Police are continuing their investigation.
