FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO):  Fort Wayne police are looking for clues after a man was found dead Sunday morning.

The home is northwest of downtown a few blocks south of Hamilton Park.  Police were called to Schilling Ave. near 3rd St. around 8:56 a.m. after a homeowner noticed a man lying unresponsive in her backyard.

The caller thought the person was dead.  When paramedics arrived they pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.

The Homicide Team and Crime Scene Units were called to help the investigation.  Meanwhile, detectives are looking for clues and any potential witnesses.

This incident remains under investigation, and the victims identity has not yet been released.
